Many of us have come across situations where we could have helped a victim by reporting the witnessed incidence; and more and more criminal incidences remind unreported because of fear of harassment, snitching, physical harm etc. By conducting a thorough analyst of current scenario and consultation with the police authorities we identified the lacuna that restrict common people to up raise their voices. We found the fear of identity disclosure was the major reason that was hurdle in smooth communication between police and common people.
